Every faculty member's budgeted salary by fiscal year and actual income by calendar year. Filter by name, department, track or year; click a name for that person's full history and to ask the chatbot about it.
Full-time tenure-track and non-tenure-track headcount and average budgeted salary for the whole college. Pick the analysis year; the cards, the sentence, the highs and lows and the department analysis below all follow it (changes are measured from FY22). Department chairs and Associate/Assistant Deans are excluded.
Every department in the analysis year chosen above, or pick one department (or click its row) to see its full-time headcount and average salary year by year. Departments the budget books renamed over the years are shown under one name; only departments with named faculty in FY22–FY27 are listed.
Budgeted salary = the position line in WSU's Annual Operating Budget books (FY2019–FY2027); "full-time" = 1.0 FTE. A year marked ‡ is one the person served as department chair or Associate/Assistant Dean — the salary is shown for completeness but that year is left out of the college's headcounts and averages (and chair salaries include the administrative stipend). A year marked † is the person's hire year: the budget book, printed before they arrived, lists their position as vacant, so the amount shown is what the position was budgeted at (also left out of the averages). Actual pay = total calendar-year compensation from the KansasOpenGov state payroll databank (2021–2025), matched to budget-book names by last name and first name/initial; a blank means no confident match or pay below the databank's cutoff. Unofficial compilation — verify against the official documents before relying on any figure.
